So I did.

I just left almost all the breastfeeding and women's health communities I was in. In fact, I left the ones I was in mainly for other people, and kept the ones I am in for my own sake.

It feels... strange.

I have also decided not to further pursue legal action against the hospital. The cost is too great and what I have already achieved for future mothers will have to satisfy my conscience.

A hard decision... now you've made it, how do you feel? I often find that once a decision has been made, I'm entirely happy with it.

[Whether this is because it was the right one, or just because it's now dealt with and actually it didn't matter either way, who knows? Um. Actually this isn't a particularly helpful comment. Ignore me.]

aaaaand.... not half an hour after posting that, I received independent confirmation that the decision I was mainly thinking of was *objectively* the correct one.

I am trying to think positively, you see ;-)
