After writing the previous entry, I had a particularly horrible panic attack, complete with inability to speak, racing heart, urge to vomit and um otherwise void, shaking, and massive desire to scream.

I managed to get to the front hallway and call for Rob, upon whom I collapsed in shreds. I'm better now. But god that was horrible.

Oh, honey. I am so sorry. They do pass, is the one good thing, and that knowledge is possibly the only good thing about repeated panic attacks. xxx
