Banana Recipe Wanted

I need a recipe for 5 blackening bananas which can't cope with the heat much longer. I really don't want to make banana bread, or an alcoholic drink. Desserts are good.

When I can't save them, and can't use them, I sometimes slice them (or chunk them if they're squishy) and freeze the chunks until I can use them. They can be frozen in the peel, too (for cooking) but are a pain to deal with afterwards, that way.
