Banana Recipe Wanted

I need a recipe for 5 blackening bananas which can't cope with the heat much longer. I really don't want to make banana bread, or an alcoholic drink. Desserts are good.

frozen banana onna stick (get bamboo skewer, skewer 'nana lengthways, stick in freezer for a few hours, remove, peel, eat)?
