"worst" is language I would prefer not to have used in this context. Any comparison of badness, in fact. Infanticidal postnatal psychosis, anyone?
I heard a R4 drama based on a blog today, about bipolar, and it was very interesting. If you have heard it I'd love to know whether it rings true.
