It has been busy, and ill

ailbheWe have been unwell with a cascade of viriiiiseuses. Various viruses. And I have a definite Vit D Deficiency. And Linnea will be ten. And Rob and I have been together a smidge over 15 years. And we're off on holiday to Wales soon, to the magnificent Seren Loft.
I have been using the crutches and stick less and less. Cycling definitely helps my hips and my knees, and low pressure hurts - I actually get so swollen that I bruise, like when I was pregnant. Knees and knuckles all purply black.
I don't seem to paint. I want to but something is... in the way.
I know why I don't pome, though I splashed out on one in a friend's comments lately.
The good news is that I can read again - I can read a bit of a book almost every week, which is like having part of my soul back.
