We have been unwell with a cascade of viriiiiseuses. Various viruses. And I have a definite Vit D Deficiency. And Linnea will be ten. And Rob and I have been together a smidge over 15 years. And we're off on holiday to Wales soon, to the magnificent Seren Loft.

I have been using the crutches and stick less and less. Cycling definitely helps my hips and my knees, and low pressure hurts - I actually get so swollen that I bruise, like when I was pregnant. Knees and knuckles all purply black.

I don't seem to paint. I want to but something is... in the way.

I know why I don't pome, though I splashed out on one in a friend's comments lately.

The good news is that I can read again - I can read a bit of a book almost every week, which is like having part of my soul back.

I'm glad cycling helps, and have a great time at Seren Loft.

Great. I think about you at least once a week. :-)

And hope you and yours are well. :-)

Glad to see a post from you, was just wondering how you were doing. I am moving really soon and just took my beautiful painting down from the wall. Amazing how much character it gave the place. Looks very empty and sterile in my living room without it. That action took me from 'oh my god I don't want to leave boo hoo' mentally to 'I really need to get out now, this isn't my home and I need to be somewhere else that I can make mine'. For about 5 minutes I considered selling it because I am so very poor atm because of moving related expenses, and then realised I could just never do that, too much sentimental value to it.

Reading and cycling sound good, glad things are getting better in those sense. I hope the warmer weather means less icky viruses for your family! xxx

How is Astrid doing since her operation? I was just wondering the other day how she's getting on, and whether she's fully over her scary breathing problems now? I really hope so.
