Self-indulgence

Rob got home, and I mixed up a mug of coarse oats, honey, and hot water, and I got into the shower and plastered it on my face, and scrubbed it off, and washed my hair with conditioner, and brushed my teeth for a WHOLE TWO MINUTES without skimping, and it was fabulous.

I feel great.
