Self-indulgence

ailbheRob got home, and I mixed up a mug of coarse oats, honey, and hot water, and I got into the shower and plastered it on my face, and scrubbed it off, and washed my hair with conditioner, and brushed my teeth for a WHOLE TWO MINUTES without skimping, and it was fabulous.

I've had a recent shift in brain, such that, instead of finding showering and cleaning myself a horrible chore, I now actively miss when I can't have one for a while. I *want* to shower. It used to be something I dreaded and which, when depressed, I didn't do as often as I should.
I am rather worried that most of this shift seems to be down to the fact that I have an expensive Lush shower gel I really like the smell of.
