Spot - no - spot - no - rash - no - spot - no.

They've almost totally cleared up on her torso and moved to her arms and legs.

IANAD but I'd bet a lot that she doesn't have chickenpox. It just doesn't come and go like that and has definite pustules.

Do they seem itchy? I've had hives behave like that, coming and going, and hives can be triggered by fever.

Could be purely viral. Jack gets that now and again - the first couple of times I took him to our lovely GP who prodded and felt and stroked and said "nothing important, just a virus, take calpol". Now I keep an eye on spots but he's never had anything that hasn't cleared up in a couple of days - usually it starts on his torso and I don't notice it until bedtime so he's been to nursery with it too.

He said "They'll just make her feel better, they won't do anything for the chicken pox."

OH MY GOD I AM PUCE WITH RAGE! Bloody HELL!
