My house smells of wee

But twice today Linnea has had unprompted and successful uses of the potty.

She's a nudist at heart, too - she even needed persuading that clothes in the garden were a good idea, when it was windy and the clouds were lowering and the skies were glowering and it was just generally inclement there on the bench there.

I was too tired to go to the shops so I baked two loaves of bread. Hmm. Also, I'm trying to decide whether I go to hell faster for feeding my toddler's delicate kidneys sardines or marmite.

Linnea's very understanding about Emer destroying her lego constructions, and asked me nicely to take Emer downstairs. "My am very sorry for leaving it here. I build it over here and now Emer can't break it," too. Oh, and when I say "See you later," she says "alligator," which I think is very cute.

We have "see you ater lalligator". Took me a couple of days to work it out. I think he's got it from Doodle Do.

I think all little children are nudists at heart. If Jack goes to the loo and his trousers fall off they rarely go back on again. I've decided that unless we're actually leaving the house I'm not going to argue - if he gets cold he can tell me.

Nudism should be the default setting, right? There's no actual reason to wear clothes unless it's cold - the decorative aspect could easily be replaced with body paint or something. So I struggle a bit with what to say when insisting on clothes for outdoors when it's warm enough to go without: insisting feels like saying "urgh, cover up!"

Today was cold.

When leaving the house, I think pants are a good idea to protect the genitals from dirt. I don't mind much in the garden but roadside dirt bothers me.
