Achievements this week
Oct. 5th, 2006 07:45 pm- Received Kew membership and guest passes in the post - let's go!
- Booked flights for self, Emer and Linnea to go to Ireland - LHR-DUB 08Dec, DUB-LHR 05Jan.
- Booked dentist appointments for self and Rob, and Linnea to tag along.
- Booked doctor's appointment for self and Emer, because I also
- Registered Emer with the GP
- Walked to toddler group on Wednesday (which did make the SPD ache a bit but not terribly)
- Baked a cake with Linnea
- Laundered two slings and took them to breastfeeding support group to demonstrate; had two women fall in love with the ring sling.
- Bought four babygros for Emer in charity shops.
- Bought a fleece jacket for myself in a charity shop.
- Made a list in my filofax of all the library books Linnea and I have out, and kept it up to date through two visits to return and take out books (the trick is to ignore authors and return dates; just a list is easier to manage).
- Sorted Rob's entire laundry bin into three loads of laundry and got a load of shirts done.
Kew
Date: 2006-10-05 07:10 pm (UTC)I sent off my membership application yesterday, but there's no chance it will be processed in time for my next visit (Sunday if all goes well)
If you haven't had the chance to take the Pagoda tour, I've been told by one of the guides that it's open until the end of this month and might not open again due to worries about the state of the stairs.
