Sleep saga

Well, tonight it took 12 minutes from going upstairs with Linnea to coming downstairs without her. BUT the big news is that it happened so that she was asleep by 8:45 pm. I think our biggest problem is that she has the same natural sleep patterns as I have - she'd prefer to sleep from 2 am to 8 or 9 am for three days, maybe with a nap about 4 pm, then sleep almost all of 24 hours, and repeat. This isn't a recipe for success in a 9-5 society, sadly.

However, if we can get her sleeping enough at night that she can wake at 7 and not need a nap, we might be ok. 10 hours is usually enough not to need a nap, but not enough not to need a longer catch-up night every week or so. I think if we can aim for 11 hours in 24, ie from 8 to 7, we'll be sorted.

As long as she has no more nightmares about GREEN, like she had last night. If anyone has any idea what that was about, please, enlighten me.
