I called the doctor's office this morning to get my test results from 4 weeks ago and make another appointment, as I have much the same symptoms. They said I couldn't get test results unless I called specifically between 12:00 - 12:30. So I called just after 12:00. My test results are normal. "In that case, I need to make another appointment, because I have all the same symptoms." "We can't advance-book, you have to call tomorrow at 08:00."

Huh?

I can call either tomorrow at 08:00, or today at 15:00, for an appointment which could be anything from 10 minutes to 10 hours after the call.

Is this nuts, or what?

What was the test for? If you've got low blood pressure, you could try Anejo's tip and try having a higher-salt diet to raise your blood pressure.

Our GP's appointment system is like that too, but it does mean you always get seen the same day. The reason they do it is to reduce the number of missed appointments.
