I've been really tired and slightly sniffy for a few days, and today fell asleep on the windowseat in the front room, where there isn't enough room to fall asleep. So I gave up and went to bed.

I'm trying to drink plenty and wondering how to get enough to eat when eating is so energetic a pursuit.
