Big evening of workiness
Sep. 21st, 2011 09:06 pmI brought everyone for haircuts today but am not sure I like the children's ones, they had a different hairdresser to me. I also brought them into town to spend their pocketmoney, and I bought a new handbag, this one in PVC so it shouldn't go soggy in the rain. Also, shiny red, yay.
Rob brought the children away, this being his early day, and I met Becky for food and visited http://www.theliterarygiftcompany.com/ and have begun my Christmas shopping; I need to create an inventory of all our pre-purchased gifts.
Next we need to do All The Housework.
21:48 We have cleared the dining room floor and I've done the hall floor. Rob's working on the kitchen. I've hung the first load of wet laundry and cleared the dining table except for wiping it. We're getting there.
23:15 We got Astrid to sleep, put away everything that had been on her bed, sorted a box for the pre-purchased gifts, finished clearing the dining table, hung the second load of laundry, got the third one ready to go in the morning so I can hang it then, and did more clearing up in the kitchen.
