We had potato salad, and pickle (Yay pickle! But Linnea wouldn't eat it, though she did want some on her plate) and cucumber (which Linnea wanted to share with me, even though I had my very own portion) and then in the end we had biscuits and drinks.
There was a banana in the lunchbox which caterpillared all over the dining table as we ate.
I'd love to know why I'm so incredibly cold. It's 19C indoors and I have a cardigan on. I've been drinking hot drinks.
Still, at least I got the house tidied after the weekend, and two loads of laundry done, and the toddler fed. And several books read, and a few block towers built, and some trains woo-woo'd and chuggachugga'd.
We really do need better toy storage. All my good intentions about not letting her get too many toys are crumbling as she gets older - for a start, she has BOOKS now, and they take up a lot of space that used to be occupied by toys. And she seems genuinely fond of vast numbers of them. Better organisation and a ruthless cull in a month or two, I think.
