Letter to the hospital

OK, this is something I've been trying to do for well over a year now, and I can't. I want to write to the hospital and get a full copy of my notes, as per Data Protection act or whatever it is. I want the notes from ob/gyn and the colo-rectal guy and the dermatologist.

And I can't compose this simple little letter.

Does anyone want to write it for me? Linnea was born on 30 April 2004.

I want to ride my bicycle, I want to ride my bike...

Today Rob ordered our trike. We're really looking forward to it. With this, we can go much further and do much more without even using buses and taxis. It will hugely increase our mobility and independence.

It will just fit outside our front door, behind the hedge. We'll have to think of something to do about Rob's bike though, as there's only space for the trike next to the fixed metal loop and there's no way the trike is going to be locked to anything less secure than that. We'll probably also fix a loop in the brickwork, but that won't be as secure as the one in the concrete.

With luck, the trike should be ready for collection in three weeks.

It is impossible to convey my excitement in mere words.

99 Luftballons

VH1, an American cable television station, ran a charity event for Hurricane Katrina relief in 2006. Viewers who made donations were allowed to choose which music videos the station would play. One viewer donated $35,000 for the right to program an entire hour and requested continuous play of Nena's "99 Red Balloons" video. The station is scheduled to broadcast the video as requested from 2:00 to 3:00 pm EST on March 26, 2006.
