Distracted
Jan. 15th, 2011 11:13 pmI get irritated by the way Rob gets distracted; he says he's going to empty the dishwasher, or hang laundry, or something, and instead he drinks tea, or reads a book on his shiny Google phone, or something.
But this evening THREE TIMES I went to drink my tea; the first time I picked stuff up off the floor instead, the second time I emptied the dishwasher, rinsed the filter, and started it on a self-cleaning cycle, and the third time I helped Astrid not fall over while she failed to stand up to her own satisfaction.
We really need to work on meeting in the middle somewhere, because I NEEDED that tea.

Date: 2011-01-16 01:35 am (UTC)Unfortunately, Richard has always been a muddle-headed, forgetful wuzzie. Partly he was made that way, and then he smoked "too much" pot as a teenager, and wrecked his memory. I just... live with it, and moan occasionally.
Let me know if you come up with a solution!
