Told the HV at the library that I've been having rages. Since I seem to be starting another period now, almost two weeks after the last one, I need outside people to know that the PMS is starting up again.

Also, I need a lot more refined sugar. ALL THE CARBS ARE BELONG TO ME.

Oh, that sounds miserable :( You'll just have to have another baby!

Have you tried any supplements or medications to help with the PMS? Most of the former are suitable when you're breastfeeding and there are several available of the latter which are also suitable.

I've heard large doses of magnesium and vitamin b12 can help. Low doses of some anti depressants are also effective. The mood stabiliser Lamictal removed my PMS completely, mine is also pretty severe.

I've been doing vitamin b12 and evening primrose oil every day for the last few months and my PMS has reduced from suicidal to meh.
Correlation is not causation, but I'm not giving it up, just in case.

I'm not speaking to my hormones atm - permanent pelvic pain for the lose etc. So you have my deepest sympathies and I hope you manage to find things to make the PMS less vile.
