Nor do they stand, sit or kneel.

I ended up having to wake Rob at about 2am to help me roll onto my side in bed because my hips had landed me on my back and wouldn't move any more, and they were also aflame with pain. And later today I had a twinge while kneeling on the floor with Astrid.

Perhaps soon I need to make, as well as a dentist appointment and an optician appointment, a GP appointment and try to get referred for physiotherapy for this. Though it's partially that I have no abs left - you wouldn't either, if you'd had a dirigible stuck in your abdomen for weeks.

Ouch. Lots of sympathy.

I've been doing physio exercises for my hips for about a month; I had a review today and the physiotherapist says there is some improvement. Which is a bloody good job because the exercises bloody hurt (but differently from the collapsing hips).
