This morning

ailbheWoke up. Emer woke up. Linnea woke up in a dry bed, first time in ages, long may it continue.
We got up and brushed our teeth, then Linnea and I chewed disclosure tablets and brushed our teeth again. The tablets disclosed that Linnea is very good at brushing her teeth thoroughly first time around.
Emer and I had porridge for breakfast, and Linnea had a "crunchy sandwich", ie two pieces of buttered toast together.
No-one is dressed yet because it's a workhouse day. I've sorted yet more dry laundry, put on some dirty laundry, and hung three loads of wet on the line. I've also started chicken stock and done a dishwasher load and removed the extra leaf from the table and cleaned the wipeable tablecloths and made the children's beds and helped Emer feed the cats. And folded up a batch of clean nappies ready for use.
Today's burst of energy brought to you by the cessation of PMS. Mere cramping is so much easier to bear.
