Nor do they stand, sit or kneel.

I ended up having to wake Rob at about 2am to help me roll onto my side in bed because my hips had landed me on my back and wouldn't move any more, and they were also aflame with pain. And later today I had a twinge while kneeling on the floor with Astrid.

Perhaps soon I need to make, as well as a dentist appointment and an optician appointment, a GP appointment and try to get referred for physiotherapy for this. Though it's partially that I have no abs left - you wouldn't either, if you'd had a dirigible stuck in your abdomen for weeks.

FWIW the hip physio class I was sent to was specifically about building abs (and core muscles generally) and was v helpful with my hip issues. Although, of course, different hip issues, or at least of a different source.

yes, a physio who can help you work on your core stability would be great.
if you can find a physician who is a musculo-skeletal specialist, see if you can get a referral. Pregnancy related pelvic problems are similar to the hypermobility I have, and it was a musculo-skeletal specialist that helped me.
I hope you're sleeping better tonight.
