ailbheLate last night, after 11 pm, Emer and I had a hot bath together with lavender oil.
Today she is eating Bombay Mix to encourage her sinuses to do their gungy thing.
During the day and the evening we have cotton hankies with Olbas Oil on them.
And all night she feeds to keep her nose clear - suckling and swallowing milk makes her sinuses clear up a bit.
