My god what has happened to my neck I was fine when I woke up and then it went PROING and now it won't move except when suddenly it feels completely better and then it going PROING again.

It better get better overnight, is all I'm saying. It's HARD to wrangle children without moving my head.

That sounds a lot like a pinched nerve. If it is, it won't get better real soon, I'm sorry to say. You might want to go have it looked at.
