On again off again

ailbheI have decided that the wireless network breaking is a Sign from the Great God of Parenting that I should spend less time online and less time showing Emer LOLcats and less time downloading puzzles for Linnea, and more time doing, er, other stuff.
But it's really odd to wake up in the morning and be completely unable to check mail or twitter or the weather or What's On in Reading or the news. I can't even tell whether there are horrible headlines until I turn the radio on, rather than using the BBC website to tell me how scary the radio is likely to be.
These are First World Problems.
I also have Vogon poetry in my skull.
