I wish someone would DDA the councils who have those gates as if a bike can't access them neither can a wheelchair user. /me ponders the legality of the Disability Equality Duties/statements and a project to list the gates which need complaints from people (who wouldn't have to be disabled wheelchair users as per DDA pre-part 5).

I am so very grateful for our wonderful bike path that accommodates bikes, recumbants (which have 3 wheels), tandems, wheelchairs (electric & manual), mobility scooters, roller-bladers, dog-walkers, joggers, etc., etc.

Just to be gratuitously pedantic, recumbents can have two or three wheels (and in a few rare cases, four.):-)
