Rob got to work on time, and had the afternoon off, so we went to the appointment together, and it went really well, I think. There are followups of course but I think it's going to be fine.

Eventually.

Also, although my HomeStart visitor is willing to do our childcare, we've also found a creche with drop-in places by arrangement, for £5/child/hour, which is very reasonable. So we can afford to do that for some of the appointments, too.

I'll have to reduce my volunteering a bit because Rob is going to do a Tuesday evening game-playing thing at a near neighbour's. But that's ok.

And Emer napped early so we might be able to put her to bed "as normal" whatever that is. If we can get both children doing bedtimes we can investigate the availability and cost of babysitters and perhaps think about ballroom dancing again.

This evening we might get to watch Who if we can manage children and laundry and basic minimal housework.

I am so, so tired.

I'm really glad to hear the appointment went well! Good news about the creche too. Hope you get a good night's rest tonight.

You poor dear. I'm glad you had a good day. I hope "eventually" comes sooner than later. *hughughughug*

I'm very glad to hear the appointment went well. I was thinking of you.

I hope you manage to get some extra rest for the next while. I'm doing NaNoBedAtElevenMo again for June. I resented it every night in April, but it worked. It really made life astonishingly more manageable.
