ailbhe: (love bread)

Because half the kitchen was totally clean, I was able to make three loaves of bread at once. One plain white-wheat, one 1:3 wholemeal-rye:white-wheat, and one 1:3 oatmeal:wholemeal-wheat. I also burned some rhubarb (but I burned it while stewing it in honey so even the slightly burned bits are INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS and in fact I ate it ALL because I already knew no-one else would want some) and there are courgettes and red peppers roasting in the oven for dinner.

I also have two loads of laundry on the line and one in the machine.

This evening I need to assemble Linnea's swimming kit and a long-day nappy bag, and prep the lunches. And for myself a bag with notebook, pens, etc.

So tomorrow I get up, assemble three packed lunches, take Linnea to her swimming lesson, go to my BfN course, leave the children and their lunches in the creche there (creche AUTOMATIC as part of running the course, take note), take my lunch to my lesson, and learn stuff.

And then it will be about 2 pm and I might decide to cycle along the river to ERAPA, which we've been missing lately but I want to go even if Linnea doesn't, so I might just do that.

Oh Em Gee honey and rhubarb! *salivates all over keyboard in manner of teething infant, only less grizzly* I've only ever used sugar, but now I know the fate of the six stalks in our fridge. Do you use similar quantities of honey to sugar?
