It seems to be working. Linnea woke before the alarm today, leaned over to where I was sleeping in Emer's bed, and asked me to get in with her. She'd been nappyless all night and was still dry. So I snuggled up with Linnea for a while, then we all got up in fits and starts, and after Rob left for work (having made me a pot of coffee, because he is marvellous) Linnea and I played number games and did some simple adding up, which she has been refusing to do for months and months.

She and Emer are both wearing dresses today and I want to get a photo because they look very little-girl-ish. They're play dresses, not smart dresses, and they are very cute. I'm hoping we'll all walk to the post office later.
