So Far Today

Emptied and refilled dishwasher
Washed and dressed self and Emer
Assembled and put on a load of laundry
Scrubbed kitchen sink and draining board
Got dinner in the slow cooker (soaked dried pulses last night)
Fed everyone breakfast
Mopped up puddle in Linnea's room
Did online banking
Read online reading
Dismissed two at-the-door salespeople; one selling God (very pushy; "Don't you want to know what God wants from you?" "I don't discuss God at the doorstep, thank you." "But - but - ") and one selling British Gas (not at all pushy).
Tidied front room
Tidied the kitchen
Cleared dining table and scrubbed about half the weetabix off it
Sat down with the remains of my coffee and chopped an apple for Linnea and wrote this
Emailed various people to say that I'm reducing my volunteering (I mainly want to reduce what I do with the children, as it's not fair to them to hang around while I get on with my volunteer work)
Next: Make shopping list and meal plan, clean the cooker, scrub the grill pan, empty the dishwasher again, tidy the pantry, put away dry laundry, hang wet laundry, etc etc etc.
Edit: Instead of which I phoned lots of NatWest numbers until I managed to move all our money to our real bank accounts. I should see it there on Thursday.
