Linnea often says "You can do it!"

Today, it was while I was walking from the central lifts with queues to the secret lifts to the children's shoes department; "Let's find the other lifts, Linnea, where there aren't so many people." "You can do it!" she said.

She said it a few times, presumably because she thought I was flagging.

She then thanked the lady in the lift for pushing button 1, and remarked to me, "The lady pushed 1 which is for us because we need to go to 1, wasn't it [unintelligible polysyllable] of the lady?"

I said (to the lady) that it was probably a complimentary adjective, and she said "She's great!"

I could only agree.

Elena often says "good job!" when we do something for her, much like we would say to her. The first time she said it to my visiting dad (after he poured her some juice, or something), he just about died laughing. But it makes perfect sense from her perspective.
