ailbheDownstairs floors all cleared and hoovered, kitchen surfaces cleared, dishwasherload done, supermarket shopping done (which means everyone was up and dressed), bread mixed (proving now, will be kneaded later), and lunch is cooking. I've also had two cups of coffee so far.

I have yet to go to the post office (belated Christmas cards and other stuff), call the mortgage people, hang a load of laundry, put on a load of nappies, and put the dinner on to cook. And I want to go to the co-op supermarket, too, for some of the things I prefer not to buy in Lidl. Ah, and I have to turn the mattress on my bed and put on a clean mattress protector and sheet; there was an infant leak in the night.
BUT it's possible that Fiona-the-godlike-midwife is in town and may drop by so I'm not MOVING out of the house until I've given up on her. I may even call her, possibly.
