Antenatal classes in this area have all been cancelled; they are now only held at the hospital, so instead of everyone having access to classes somewhere they could get to easily, everyone must go to the hospital for much larger classes in much smaller spaces. Yeah. BUT this way is fairer because before, some areas had better provision than others; now it's crap everywhere.

I worry whenever equality is mentioned with regard to health and education, because far too often this means dragging down areas of excellence.
