I treated it, called a doctor, I was already doing all the right things. Babies have alarming temperatures quite often. This is the highest one she's had during the daytime (temps go up at night).

Alistair has been at 104F (101-2 medicated) since this time yesterday.

We can have a fever party. Yay.

It's all better now though - I can give her adult paracetamol powdered, which means no more suppositories and no more nightmares about drowning her.

I don't know what we'd do without the super-concentrated infant tylenol, which you only have to give a dropper's-worth of instead of two teaspoons.

Thankfully Ali's fever seems to have finally broken this afternoon - I hope your guys are better soon too!

The worst of my baby's fever seems to have gone, but he's still unhappy and has the most heart-rending hoarse throat when he cries with it.
