ailbheI've just cancelled a trip to a party in London. All four of us were going to go, and then this morning we thought perhaps just me and Linnea because Emer is wheezy, and then just after lunch I coughed and felt the stirrings of a proper infection, so no. Rob has already been coughing for a week.
We're hoping to go to Kew tomorrow instead, where there will be fewer confined spaces to pass on the infection. Meanwhile we've turned on the central heating.
Linnea and I are in our party clothes. Linnea's not impressed, but can't go on her own, because she's afraid she'd miss the train and a car might squash her while she was crossing the road.
