I am truly SO JALOS that I sat in there myself yesterday evening.
All done with leftover house paint too.
(Linnea likes the sun with her face in it. Rob likes the gibbous moon).

Wow. Just wow.
I have a pot of blackboard paint waiting to be used - I should do it tomorrow. I'll probably just paint a boring rectangle though :-/.

Framing it (use masking tape) makes a huge difference - the one in the little hosue outside is framed and looks v. swish.
I'm still looking for an opportunity to use the magnetic whiteboard paint. I'm considering a very low cloud...

We have some beading left over from the floors that we'll use to make a frame around the blackboard.
We have magnetic paint too but it's purple. I need to check if it still works if painted over because the playroom is a very bright yellow.

That is incredibly cute! Your children are so lucky to have a mother who understands that they need part of the house to be theirs!

Part of?
We don't really have what my friends call "adult spaces." We have spaces where the whole family lives.
But yes, it is, as Linnea says "All the right size." I know how frustrating it is to live in a world optimised for taller people...

You really rule. You really do. I love the many many things both large and small that you do for your children and family.

I need an idea for how to get giraffes into the landscape. Linnea would go berserk if she woke up and there were giraffes.
Emer loves the tree with the orange trunk.

Could you make some kind of magnetic Giraffe which can go in different areas? Maybe on one of the walls I can't see from the photograph... Or even just a hint of a giraffe behind the tree eating the leaves...

What a lovely, lovely little space. If we came to visit I'd never get Alex home again!
