ailbhe: (emer and linnea in bed)

Today Linnea had her face painted for the first time, as a zebra. I didn't like it. It was a fine zebra - a bit feline, but ok - but I didn't like her looking unlike herself. I found it a bit creepy.

I've also lost the battery for the camera; perhaps I've come over all National Geographic article about losing souls and things.

Also, we stuck the kiddie table under the stairs, because it was supposed to be in the playhouse in the garden but Rob liked it too much. And then I sort of accidentally painted the area. You can't see a photo of that, either, though. I'm not sure I need to mention that there's another area of blackboard now.

Shaped like a house. Which is how the painting started.

There's a tree. And a sunshine - a round mirror with rays. And a mon, gibbing. And...

Well, never mind.

Bet Linnea loves it and Emer doesn't really care.

I didn't like her looking unlike herself Oh yes - I recognise that one! I *hate* seeing people painted funny colours and it happens regularly at BiCon Balls. To the extent that I've pretty much decided that me and BiCon Balls just don't happen together any more. (I also react badly to people in "fancy dress" which is also very likely at BiCon Balls) I *totally* understand where you are coming from - it really creeps me out to see someone I love looking so very different.
