Rob's bandaged nose translated to far more restful slumber than I normally get. Which is good, because I was exhausted by 16:00 and dozing on the floor with Emer.

If he gets better sleep, and I get more sleep, perhaps he won't be late to work any more.

And I will be able to keep up with my life.

The strips don't seem to be making my sleep any better, subjectively, but I suspect they are.
