Overdid it a little

Couldn't get out of bed today - couldn't move. Clearly overdid it on too little slumber. Really, really want a new keyboard. Kids still ill, Rob still snores, I still consider an hour uninterrupted sleep a treat. If illness still around Tuesday, two weeks, will see another doctor. This is ridiculous.

Make Rob try the BreathRight strips (or Kleerway, if you can find any). They seem to have reduced my snoring to levels L finds non-annoying. If they work for Rob, see a GP about getting them on scrip, or one of the internal appliances (oo-er).
If they don't help, check rhodri's journal for the name of the lozenges that sort out the soft palate, and make Rob try them.

I have to say, the breathright strips have done wonders for my sleep. OB still snores, but not half as much nor half as loudly. Winz all round!
