I've just booked our DWCon memberships and hotel rooms. And hooked up to the printer to print off the form for the afpcamp. And Linnea is mainly in pants now, which led to a huge sticky poo on her bedroom carpet; she called down to me to come and help her, refused Rob as a substitute, and when I went it was clear she'd tried to clean it up herself, which was messy.

Still, that's why god invented washing machines. And nailbrushes.

We bought her (under)pants today. Tried a few places; Rob photographed one of the offerings for her age range, coming soon to a righteous indignation near you. Eventually we went to Mothercare and I chose two sets of girls' knickers and one of boys' and showed them to her; she chose the boys'. I was pleased; I prefer the colours, they have better quality fabric, and sturdier elastic. I think they're a more generous cut, too.

Holly tries to clean up her own accidents too. Leads to more mess than there was in the first place, but I admire her ingenuity. She calls me when she's worked out that it's getting worse not better ...
