Displacement activity

ailbheToday I have finished designing and printing the invitations to Linnea's birthday party - I have booked the venue, so that's sorted out. I've also found almost all the library books taken out before I went to Ireland which Rob was too ill to return, though my library card is still missing (I've paid to renew Linnea's so that we can still have books but mine is much more expensive to renew, and the fines are already like whoa).
I've also taken step one towards making a local parents-and-babies book club to meet in the local cafe on the corner; a gaging-interest (I want to spell that guaging) handout to give to people at baby groups etc.
And I did two loads of laundry.
And went to two parks and played park things, and had lunch with friends, and then collapsed deaded. Linnea is big enough for the big-girl swings now, and climbs nearly everything that's anything all by herself.
