when reading the account of a woman who's afraid her toddler is being sexually abused is less stressful than thinking about pursuing legal action against the hospital and/or obstetrician who blah blah blah.

I'm sitting here crying because I need to try to find a lawyer before 1st April if at all possible. Though I suppose we have until the last week in April *really*.

Different situation but Rowley and Ashworth who do legal work for the unions helped me on a no win no fee personal injury case. They were slow but got me a decent settlement albeit not the longed for apology. I did not go through my union either. I can't remember the phone number it was a couple of years ago Google them they can only say no.


Good luck and I feel for you the personal injury case was the hardest and most stressful thing I have ever done and I hope to God I never have to do it again.
