Two of the packets of cereal bars have one bar removed, because I wanted to try them for myself ;) Everything is dairy-free and free of soy protein, though a few of the bars contain soya lecithin - but almost everything does these days, and I didn't think that was a problem for you.
I was in the baby bit of Boots the other day buying face cream, and saw some cereal bars that are formulated to be made of entirely natural ingredients while still being tasty for small people. The dairy-free ones were chocolate & raisin and some sort of mixed fruit, both also wheat-free on an oaty base. I might pick some of those up and send them to you for Linnea to try. I'm not sure whether they'd also be nice for adults' palates, the packaging wasn't exactly clear on that ;)
