Slingly goodness!
Mar. 11th, 2007 09:56 pmI ordered some mother stuff a while ago and was delighted to find it awaiting me when I got home last night. I now have two more Glamourmom tank tops, both in designs unlike things I am wont to wear, and a Peanut Shell sling.
The sling is lovely. It's an extra-small, brown on one side and spotty on the other, with a padded leg rail and a pocket to keep things in and a hook to hang things from. It's comfy and fun and fits beautifully and I love it. I've put away my huge stripy knitted jacket and brought out my neater brown winter coat, and Emer can sit in the sling outside my coat, now that it's spring and she prefers to be on my hip rather than my front. It's small enough that it will fit nicely over just a tank top too, so I can use it in the summer.
I need a babywearing icon.
