Reply to this post and I will tell you which of your icons is my favorite. Then, post this to your journal using your own favourite icon.

It was actually hard to choose a favourite icon; my default probably is, mainly because Linnea took the photo. But I like this one a lot too. Guess why :)

This is my favourite of your user icons. Although having looked through them all, you do have some lovely ones.

You seem a bit perkier tonight ;-)

I like the tandem bfing pic, and the one of Linnea reading across the chair.

I like the one with three generations. But I'm guessing that you like that one because you were pregnant in it?

It's not actually mine, I only have four digits on each hand - this represents my extra digit envy...

I would like to use one of my own xrays though, I just need to DPA some orthopaedic records I think :)

One I swiped off a website talking about polydactyly years ago... I tried to find an Xray which was similar to mine It's probably of dubious ethics for me to use it as a user icon *humm* which is why I'd like to replace it with one of my own.

That or use a picture of my left arm Xray which looks really evil and has scary looking metal pins in it.

No one thought of the animated figures having hands like mine until the late 90s, where children who have the surgery I had to create a thumb from an index finger (pollicisation) get told they're like Mickey Mouse or similar.

Someone once called me a 4 fingered git, and my reply was "No, you're the 4 fingered git, I only have 3 fingers" which shut him up - we were reasonably good friends thereafter...

Oh, I shouldn't have read the comments-- I was going to guess it was an icon in which you were pregnant, but evidently not.

Which video game was the passport stolen for?

(I quite like the one of Linnea and the newspaper.)

The family ones are all gorgeous - having had a nosy at your pics, I think I like the trike one best (trike-envy) and also the purposeful striding red foot.

I think mine is working, writing, with a runner-up of the happy, smiling one.

It wasn't the kids, it was more adults being all 'aww cute - like mickey mouse'. I believe modern medics tell children who are due to have the surgery that I had that they'll be like $disney-character-of-the-week... Which is also probably ick.

The kids were more and less imaginative. In primary school the kids weren't allowed to bully me, so the ones who didn't like me or thought I was a freak just blanked me instead (better and worse)...

I still have my trauma of secondary school, Only 17 years after I started and 12 years after I left *shudder*. There being 'different' wasn't just grounds for blanking it was more grounds for 'kill the freak' in any way possible. I won't start my rant.
