I'm on my fourth pair of pyjamas for the day; the others are all soaked with sweat. My temperature is still at 39C after paracetemol, which is annoying but not alarming. I think this must be the third day?

Urgh. Horrible. Try and drink lots to avoid being dehydrated. Hope it stops soon.
