Request for good vibes

My sister, who has three children under 5, has been hospitalised for pneumonia. She has been in for a week and is expected out in about a week if all goes well. Then it's back to full-time stay-at-home-motherhood for her, unless her family can rally round and find enough people who are not already caring for tinies full-time to take over. That means getting leave from their jobs.
