My Winter Holiday Crusie
Nov. 3rd, 2006 10:13 pmToday I was feeling pretty defeated even before Emer's nappy exploded all the way up to the back of her neck and through two layers of clothing, so we didn't go to ERAPA. Instead we stayed home with the telly, two Crusie novels, the last of the Hotel Chocolat batons (thank you to the generous donor of those!), tea, and the sling. Emer refused to nap anywhere but on me, but since I wasn't going anywhere that was ok.
This evening we shopped in Waitrose and Linnea fell asleep in the trike on the way home. I think we're about sorted for warm winter wrappings for the kids now. I just need to remember face cream to protect the uncovered parts of their faces. And lip balm. Going from cold to warm is hard on lips.
Tomorrow I go to play with contact lenses.
