Postnatal physical stuff

ailbheAfter Linnea, I bled heavily to moderately for seven weeks. After Emer, and the *effective* removal of the placenta and all the associated bits, I bled moderately to slightly for 8 weeks.
After Linnea, I ovulated at 7 weeks and got my period at 9 weeks. After Emer, I felt PMS-ey from 8-9 weeks and then nothing. Still nothing; she's 10 weeks today. I think. I'm not very good at counting.
After Linnea, I was on as much codeine, ibuprofen and paracetamol as I could could get my hands on for 9 months. After Emer, I dropped the codeine within a fortnight and stopped taking painkillers entirely before 6 weeks.
After Linnea, I had PTSD. After Emer, I have PND. I'm not sure which is better. Of course, I also still have some PTSD symptoms as well.
Still, at least it's all here for future reference now. I need to change Linnea's nappy and get us the hell out of the house.
